2006 to present
We are currently representing a West Coast Builder in a partial sale of its homebuilding and land development operations. We have a very interested purchaser for 50% of the consolidated assets in final stages of diligence, and believe we will have an offer acceptable to the owners during Q2 2008.

Since the beginning of 2007, we have been meeting with numerous Hedge Funds and Private Equity Groups that were referred to us for our expertise and deep connections with homebuilders. Of the many funds we have cultivated working relationships with, some are willing to fund individual projects on a one-off basis; others want groups of existing and new projects; and some will even fund direct investment in homebuilding companies to shore up balance sheets, buy down bank lines at discounts and add capital to purchase the great buys that will be available over the next 6-18 months.

We work with funds and investors, as well as builders and developers to help foster strategic relationships, solve complex business problems, maximize performance, and increase value for all involved. Whether providing complete or partial asset valuations, turnaround or work-out management or strategic planning for future growth, we use a hands-on approach and years of experience and personal relationships to achieve actionable results.
